Refund Policy

At Kwenched, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Process:

  1. Contact us at dan@kwenched.com with your order details.
  2. Ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged (please send photos to email above). 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
