At Kwenched, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Process:
- Contact us at dan@kwenched.com with your order details.
- Ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged (please send photos to email above).
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
