• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.

Shipping Method

• We ship all orders via Royal Mail’s 48-Hour Tracked service, ensuring timely delivery with tracking visibility for your convenience.

Estimated Delivery Time

• From the time of dispatch, your order should arrive within 2 business days.

Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number via the email address or phone number you provided at checkout, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Destination

• Kwenched ships only within the UK.
  

Delays

• While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as holidays or extreme weather, may affect delivery. In the event of a delay, we will notify you and provide updates on your order status. Please also email us to notify if any delays or your order didn't arrive.
